1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are considered in the following scenarios:

  • Service Unavailability: If a booked service is cancelled by Caring Tours & Travels due to bad weather, government restrictions, or technical issues.

  • Double Payment: If you are charged twice for the same booking due to a technical error.

  • Incorrect Booking: If a booking was made with an error and reported immediately (within 1 hour) along with valid proof.

  • Advance Cancellation: If you cancel your booking as per the guidelines mentioned in our Cancellation Policy.


2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • No-show at the activity or reporting late.

  • Customer cancellations made outside the permitted time frame.

  • Partial participation or dissatisfaction due to personal preferences.

  • Last-minute weather issues, where services were still operational but customer opted out.


3. Refund Process

  • Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.

  • The amount will be returned to the original mode of payment.

  • For bookings made through third-party platforms or agents, refunds must be requested via that same platform.


4. Deductions & Charges

  • A standard processing fee (if applicable) may be deducted from the total refund.

  • In cases of packages involving hotels, cruises, or third-party partners, their individual refund policies will apply.

  • Bank charges, payment gateway fees, or convenience fees (if any) are non-refundable.


5. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request:

  • Provide your booking ID, date of activity, reason for refund, and supporting documents (if applicable).


6. Policy Updates

Caring Tours & Travels reserves the right to revise this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated policy will be available on our website.
