Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your booking by contacting us through email, phone, or WhatsApp.

Standard Cancellation Timeline:
  • More than 72 hours before the service: 100% refund (excluding any non-refundable processing fees).

  • 48 to 72 hours before the service: 50% refund.

  • Less than 48 hours before the service: No refund.

  • No-show or late arrival: No refund.


2. Cancellation by Caring Tours & Travels

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to:

  • Unsafe weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, sea warnings).

  • Operational issues or equipment failure.

  • Government restrictions or local authority interventions.

In such cases, you will be offered:

  • A full refund, or

  • Rescheduling to a different date/time, or

  • An alternative activity of equal value (subject to availability and customer consent).


3. Group and Custom Packages

For group bookings (6+ people) or customized itineraries (e.g., combo packages, corporate events):

  • Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance for a partial refund.

  • If cancelled within 7 days, no refund will be issued.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and discretion.


4. Hotel, Resort & Partner Bookings

  • Cancellations involving hotels, resorts, or third-party operators (e.g., cruises, casino entries) are subject to their respective cancellation policies.

  • We will assist in initiating cancellations, but refund timelines and amounts depend on partner terms.


5. Refund Timeline

  • Approved cancellations will be processed within 7–10 working days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment.

  • Transaction or convenience fees, if any, are non-refundable.
