2. Cancellation by Caring Tours & Travels
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to:

Unsafe weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, sea warnings).

Operational issues or equipment failure.

Government restrictions or local authority interventions.
In such cases, you will be offered:

A full refund, or

Rescheduling to a different date/time, or

An alternative activity of equal value (subject to availability and customer consent).
3. Group and Custom Packages
For group bookings (6+ people) or customized itineraries (e.g., combo packages, corporate events):

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance for a partial refund.

If cancelled within 7 days, no refund will be issued.

4. Hotel, Resort & Partner Bookings

Cancellations involving hotels, resorts, or third-party operators (e.g., cruises, casino entries) are subject to their respective cancellation policies.
